Recent technical progress in the use of polycarbonates injected under high pressure have enabled us to use a new and more advanced material in the construction of the new FF384. This material is an alloy composite PC/ABS.
This material is used in the construction of helmets for astronauts and in bullet proofing. This new generation material guarantees a high level of performance in terms of safety and aids in the process of manufacture. All this at a price which is still affordable to the general public.
The helmets of many World Champions during in the 80s were manufactured using an earlier version of this material. We then progressed to Fibreglass and Composite helmets which, although lighter, were much more difficult and expensive to produce.
